What We Do
Since 2017 we have been connecting women interested in decentralized technologies and the blockchain space including: developers, founders, programmers/coders, investors, students, educators, artists, and more.
Our Mission
In a world where the pay gap between men and women still exists, the fight for equal representation in the male-dominated up-and-coming blockchain space is paramount. Our mission is to connect like-minded women interested in the blockchain space to create opportunities and make an impact on the pay gap through decentralized technologies and business opportunities.
One thing we are passionate about is hosting hackathons. Winners of our favorite hackathon events got to sit down with a technical cofounder of a successful blockchain company, talk about their ideas, and get feedback along with a cash prize.
We are passionate about education. It’s imperative that we do our best to educate women who are curious about learning what blockchain technology can do and what kinds of people they can network with and what steps they might take to further their interests and careers in the blockchain space.
We are passionate about our networking capabilities. Located in one of the leading blockchain-focused cities in the world, San Francisco offers a wide range of real networking opportunities and advantages to meet other like-minded people who you can share ideas with. We pride ourselves on our ability to connect women with similar interests in the blockchain space to promote and foster opportunities.
