We believe that diversity and inclusion are crucial for the growth and success of the industry, and we strive to provide resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship to women in the field. Our mission is to create a more equal and equitable blockchain ecosystem, where women have the same opportunities to succeed as men. We are a San Francisco-based non-profit. Our goal is to address issues of gender discrepancy in the blockchain, de-fi, and decentralization space. We help women interested in the blockchain space connect, and network, with other like-minded individuals. Our network has a wide range of women interested in the space including investors, educators, students, developers, incubators, founders, and disrupters of all kinds.
